I am not sure what we would do without Jeremy. We happened upon Jeremy at an ADA expo and he has been a great mentor to my son. Having been diagnosed with Type 1 at the age of nine and going through his own battles with the disease, he truly understands how important a mentor is to someone with a new diagnosis.
